The company AYLO VOYAGES manages the website www.aylovoyages.com In accordance with the provisions of Article 6 III-1 of French Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, we invite you to read these Terms of Use, as well as any specific conditions appearing on the pages of the Site, governing your use of the website www.snowmind.fr. These Terms cover your legal rights and responsibilities applicable when you use this site.

PRIVACY POLICY

So that you can use the Aylo Voyages offer with confidence, we provide you with this privacy policy, which aims to describe in a transparent way what data we store, how we use it and for what purpose.

As a preamble, we invite you to consult the regulations governing the storage and use of data: marketing communications, the law of June 21, 2014 for confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004 as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD: n° 2016-679).

Services: one of the Internet sites (in particular https://www.aylovoyages.com/) and/or any other means made available by Aylo Voyages to offer and carry out its services (travel organization for companies).

User: individual and/or legal entity using the service(s) provided by Aylo Voyages.

Customer: individual and/or legal entity having purchased (or intending to purchase) a travel service from Aylo Voyages.

2. TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED

In the course of our dealings with you, we may collect the following information about you:

Request a quote

By filling in our form, you are requesting one or more personalized quotes for your corporate travel projects. In this context, we may collect :

Your first name

Your name

Your business telephone number

Your e-mail address

The name of the company or organization involved in the project

Various information about your project: interests, travel dates, destination(s), number of participants, budget, etc.

Telephone exchanges

Once you have formulated your travel project, on one of our websites and/or by email and/or by telephone and/or by any other means of contact, we are likely to call you back to refine our understanding of your needs, and thus gather more information about the project, such as its context, constraints, challenges, essential/optional elements, destinations to avoid, etc.

Browsing our website

When you access our services, we automatically record usage data.

In particular, we carry out audience measurement (via the Google Analytics service), and store, for example, the total number of visits, the number of pages viewed, the activity of users on our services or their frequency of return. We use connection identifiers (including mobile device identifiers), cookies and IP addresses to measure the activity of our services.

We may also collect technical data about your Internet connection, such as your browser and devices.

All data collected during your browsing on our website is anonymized and allows us to constantly improve the experience we offer our users, in order to make our services as smooth and pleasant as possible.

Organizing a trip

When you confirm a trip with Aylo Voyages, we collect further information about participants, including first names, surnames, scans of identity documents (including date of birth and expiry date), dietary requirements, allergies, shoe sizes and professional e-mail addresses.

The information collected depends on the content of the program and changes with each project: we limit ourselves to the minimum necessary to best organize your trip.

3. USE OF YOUR DATA

We use your data to provide you with our services, and in particular :

Organizing your trips :

Customer relations: throughout our business relationship, members of our team may contact you by telephone and/or email and/or post and/or in person and/or by video-conference in order to clarify your request. The aim of this approach is to help us understand your needs as fully as possible, so that we can provide you with the most appropriate answers and solutions.

Sales proposals: we use all the data collected to send you quotes and/or promotional communications that best meet your expectations.

Organization of your trips: as part of the organization of your trips, we work with various service providers who require information about participants in order to provide their services (airlines, hotels, activity providers, local agencies, insurance companies, etc.). For organizational and/or regulatory reasons, and only in these two cases, some of your data may be communicated to these service providers.

The data collected is never sold to our commercial partners. In the same way, our commercial partners undertake not to re-use the data transmitted for commercial purposes.

Improving our services :

For the purposes of continuous improvement, the data collected via our services (website in particular) may be analyzed to produce statistics and marketing analyses, in order to understand how you use our services and how to improve our users' experience.

Legal obligations :

Finally, we may process your data for evidential purposes and to comply with our legal obligations (such as your identity documents).

4. DATA RECIPIENTS

The data we collect may be accessible to our service providers, acting as subcontractors, who contribute administratively and technically to the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes. These service providers include :

Internet hosting: Amazon Web service (data hosted in the European Union)

Advertising technologies: technical and anonymized data

Tourism providers: airlines, hotels, activity and excursion providers, local logistics providers, restaurateurs, insurance companies, etc.

In this respect, our service providers and subcontractors undertake to comply with the legal and regulatory provisions in force relating to the personal data they collect from users. In particular, they undertake to implement all technical means necessary to maintain the integrity, security and confidentiality of personal data, and to guarantee secure access to systems storing such personal data.

Aylo Voyages is careful to provide its service providers and subcontractors with the minimum data required to guarantee proper completion of the services expected: each service provider therefore does not receive the same information.

The data we collect may be transferred outside the European Union. In this case, we ensure that the transfer is made to countries recognized as providing an adequate level of protection for your personal data, or on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided by law.

In order to comply with our legal obligations, your personal data may also be passed on to authorized administrative and judicial authorities, only upon judicial request.

5. DATA CONTROLLER

For personal data collected in connection with the use of our services, the data controller is Aylo Voyages, a legal entity represented by Mr Aymeric Laurent, its legal representative, in his capacity as Managing Director.

As the party responsible for processing the data it collects, Aylo Voyages undertakes to comply with the legal provisions in force. In particular, it is the responsibility of Aylo Voyages to establish the purposes for which the data collected is processed, to provide its customers, once their consent has been obtained, with full information on the processing of their personal data, and to maintain an accurate register of such processing. Whenever Aylo Voyages processes personal data, it takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data is accurate and relevant to the purposes for which it is processed.

6. RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION AND OPPOSITION

In accordance with current European regulations, users of Aylo Voyages services have the following rights:

Right of access (Article 15 RGPD) and rectification (Article 16 RGPD), updating, completeness of user data right to block or delete user personal data (Article 17 RGPD), when they are inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited

Right to withdraw consent at any time (article 13-2c RGPD)

Right to limit the processing of user data (Article 18 RGPD).

Right to object to the processing of user data (Article 21 RGPD).

Right to portability of data provided by users, where such data is subject to automated processing based on their consent or on a contract (Article 20 RGPD)

The right to define the fate of user data after their death and to choose to whom Aylo Voyages shall communicate (or not) their data to a third party designated by them.

As soon as Aylo Voyages becomes aware of a user's death, and in the absence of instructions from the user, Aylo Voyages undertakes to destroy the user's data, unless it needs to be kept for evidential purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.

If the user wishes to know how Aylo Voyages uses his personal data, asks to rectify them or objects to their processing, the user may contact Aylo Voyages in writing at the following address:

In this case, the user must indicate the personal data he would like Aylo Voyages to correct, update or delete, identifying himself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).

Requests for the deletion of personal data will be subject to the obligations imposed on Aylo Voyages by law, in particular as regards the retention or archiving of documents.

Finally, users of Aylo Voyages may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities, in particular the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).

7. SHELF LIFE

Account data (identity, electronic contact details, service usage history, etc.) is kept for 3 years from the end of the commercial relationship;

Documents and accounting vouchers are kept for 10 years, as accounting proof;

Participants' personal data is kept for a period not exceeding 3 months after the end date of our services, as set out in our contracts;

Telephone conversations with our professional customer support are kept for a maximum of 6 months.

8. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

We protect your information using physical, electronic and administrative security measures. Our safeguards include firewalls, physical access controls to our data centers and authorization controls for information access.

9. INCIDENT NOTIFICATION

Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. Should we become aware of a security breach, we will notify the users concerned so that they can take appropriate action. Our incident notification procedures take account of our legal obligations, whether at national or European level. We are committed to keeping our customers fully informed of all matters relating to their account security, and to providing them with all the information they need to help them meet their own regulatory reporting obligations.

No personal information of the user of the Aylo Voyages site is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties. Only in the event of the purchase of Aylo Voyages and its rights would the said information be transmitted to the eventual purchaser, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to preserve and modify data vis-à-vis the user of Aylo Voyages services.

10. COOKIE POLICY

A "cookie" is a small information file sent to the user's browser and stored on the user's terminal (e.g. computer, smartphone), (hereinafter "cookies"). Under no circumstances do cookies risk damaging the user's terminal.

Aylo Voyages may process the user's information concerning his visit to the site, such as the pages consulted and searches carried out, for the purpose of continuously improving its services.

Where applicable, Aylo Voyages declines all responsibility for the consequences linked to the degraded operation of the site and any services offered by Aylo Voyages, resulting from (i) the refusal of cookies by the user (ii) the impossibility for Aylo Voyages to record or consult the cookies necessary for their operation due to the user's choice. 11. INTERNET TAGS

Aylo Voyages may occasionally employ web beacons (also known as "tags", action tags, single-pixel GIFs, clear GIFs, invisible GIFs and one-to-one GIFs) and deploy them via a specialist web analytics partner who may be located (and therefore store the relevant information, including the user's IP address) in a foreign country.

These beacons are placed both in the online advertisements enabling visitors to access the site, and on the various pages of the site.

This technology enables Aylo Voyages to evaluate visitors' responses to the site and the effectiveness of its actions (for example, the number of times a page is opened and the information consulted), as well as the user's use of this site.

The external service provider may collect information on visitors to the site and other Internet sites using these tags, compile reports on site activity for Aylo Voyages, and provide other services relating to the use of the site and the Internet.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of Aylo Voyages services is subject to French law. Except in cases where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris.
